Our host Maria, was so friendly, kind and genuine. The plunge pool was lovely and well lit in the evenings. Rooms were extremely clean. Breakfast was varied and delicious, nothing was too much trouble and I had a really lovely stay. The walk into Fira town is also quite reasonable at any time of the day with lots of places to stop off on the way - roughly 20-25 minutes depending on where you're going. Overall - highly recommended and do not hesitate to stay here!
We stayed at the hotel for about 5 days and had a really great experience. The host, Maria, was amazing – she helped us with transportation, gave us recommendations on places to visit, and was always very kind. We had a small issue with our booking, but Maria handled it in the best way and made everything easy for us. The rooms are very nice, the breakfast is really good, and the location is also quite convenient, being not too far from the airport. Overall, we felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this place!
Would 100% recommend Emerald Collection Suites to anyone traveling to Santorini ❤️ Maria is an amazing host, she is super friendly and helpful when it comes to anything from dinner places and activities to getting around the island! The rooms are so stylish and cozy, the outdoor pool is great, and the breakfast is so tasty. It is also easy to get around the island from this location.
We stayed for 3 nights for our honeymoon, and I can say it was a highlight so far! From even getting a transfer from the port to the hotel the host Katerina helped us by organising a transfer which avoided dealing with taxis at the port! The moment we stepped in we felt welcomed. Katerina gave us all the suggestions as to what to do on the island and was really helpful and always smiling 😃.
The room we chose was executive suite. It was very clean with a stocked mini fridge, aircon in the room was nice, of course the beautifull pool with jacuzzi was brilliant to enjoy the evening views of the island.
The premises also contain a relaxing pool area for the guests with comfy bean bags to relax in or out of the sun by the pool. There are multiple shops and restaurants nearby with traditional Greek food.
The breakfast was just brilliant in the morning with the hosts putting in the effort with presentation and even bringing it to the room. Decently keeps you going for island exploration!
Overall highly reccomend the place, no negative sides to it!
