Emerald Collection Suites, Santorini
The following Terms & Conditions govern all reservations and stays at Emerald Collection Suites in Karterados, Santorini. By confirming a booking, guests agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
To secure a booking, guests must provide valid credit or debit card details through our secure booking engine. Once the reservation is completed, guests receive a confirmation email with full stay details.
Emerald Collection Suites reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge the provided card according to the selected rate policy.
2. Rates & Payment
All rates are quoted in Euro, per room, per night.
The applicable cancellation and payment policy depends on the selected rate, either Standard Rate or Non-Refundable Rate, as described in our Payment & Cancellation Policy.
A Climate Resilience Tax of €2 per room per night applies and is payable at check-out, in accordance with Greek law.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Maestro
- UnionPay
- Βank Transaction (prior communication with the reception is mandatory)
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: from 15:00
- Check-out time: until 11:00
Early check-in and late check-out requests depend on availability and may incur additional charges. Late-check in is available upon request.
Guests must present a valid ID or passport upon arrival.
4. Cancellation & Modifications
Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate plan.
- Standard Rate allows free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
- Non-Refundable Rate does not allow cancellations or modifications.
In case of no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged according to the booked rate.
5. Occupancy Policy
Each suite has a maximum occupancy limit as stated on the official website and booking engine.
Guests may not exceed the stated capacity of the booked room. Emerald Collection Suites reserves the right to refuse accommodation if the number of guests exceeds the confirmed occupancy.
6. Children & Extra Guests
Children upper the age of 3 years old are welcome in selected room types, subject to maximum occupancy.
7. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for maintaining the room in good condition during their stay.
Any damage caused to hotel property, furnishings, or equipment will be charged accordingly.
Quiet hours must be respected, especially during late evening and early morning, to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
8. Use of Facilities
Use of the swimming pool and hot tubs is at guests’ own responsibility.
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the property. Emerald Collection Suites is not liable for accidents resulting from improper use of facilities.
9. Force Majeure
Emerald Collection Suites shall not be held responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
10. Privacy & Personal Data
All personal data collected during the reservation process is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Information is used solely for reservation management and guest communication purposes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek law.
Any disputes arising from a reservation or stay shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Greek courts.
