At Emerald Collection Suites, guests select their preferred rate at the time of booking. Each rate includes a specific cancellation and payment policy, clearly presented before confirmation.

1. Standard Rate
Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
- Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- In case of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, the total reservation amount will be charged.
- The credit card provided during booking will be charged automatically once the free cancellation period expires.
This rate offers flexibility for guests who may need to adjust their travel plans.
2. Non-Refundable Rate
Prepaid reservation with no cancellation or modification option.
- The total amount of the reservation is charged at the time of booking.
- No refunds are provided in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.
This rate offers a preferential price.
Climate Resilience Tax
In accordance with Greek legislation, a Climate Resilience Tax of €2 per room per night applies to all stays.
- This tax is not included in the room rate.
- Guests settle this amount directly at check-out.
